By Grace I Stand

__________________________
By grace we stand,
Not by our works,
Not by our hands.

Grace was given to the chosen. Those who are not selected will have their hearts hardened, and no amount of preaching will ever move them, because it is God who draws men behind the Word.

It is then the greatest privelege to be set apart by God, to do His works and recieve His grace, to be the 7000 set aside by God Himself, spoken to directly by the God of Creation.

Yet there are many who take grace for granted, like those invited to the banquet and refuse to attend, giving up their places to the secondborn who covet Him more than they, like Israel that turned and gave way to the Gentiles.

This grace is precious to me, more than anything I have ever known. God is waiting patiently for many to feel the same, but every moment may mean a further loss to His kingdom. But still He waits, for He would rather have one pure soul to enter than suffer lukewarm passion in His presence for eternity.

"Therefore I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God - this is your spiritual act of worship. Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is - His good, pleasing and perfect will."
Romans 12:1-2
